为让大学生吃上质量好、价格低的饭菜，日前，省教育厅、省发改委、省财政厅、省农业厅、省商务厅5部门联合出台《陕西省高等学校学生食堂管理办法（试行）》，将从10月1日起试行。

　　记者从省教育厅获悉，《陕西省高等学校学生食堂管理办法（试行）》是我省省级首个关于高校学生食堂的管理办法。《办法》强调，高校学生食堂要坚持公益性、非营利性原则，学生食堂饭菜价格要明显低于市场同类餐饮价格。政府已建立与市场物价挂钩的价格联动机制，当居民基本生活费用价格指数涨幅达到一定高度时，省财政将启动价格补贴机制，平抑高校学生食堂饭菜价格。
