　　根叔说，老师和学生的距离被拉大，与大环境变得功利有关。他以教师的收入举例，总体上的收入还算体面，但国家规定的工资并不体面，如今一级教授（基本上都是院士）的工资只有2800元，因此，老师们会不自觉地去多搞项目来创收。根叔表示，目前教师的收入是多元化的，而他一直提倡教师收入工资化，就像国外不少大学教师的收入就相当于工资、全部按年薪计算。
