根叔说,老师和学生的距离被拉大,与大环境变得功利有关。他以教师的收入举例,总体上的收入还算体面,但国家规定的工资并不体面,如今一级教授(基本上都是院士)的工资只有2800元,因此,老师们会不自觉地去多搞项目来创收。根叔表示,目前教师的收入是多元化的,而他一直提倡教师收入工资化,就像国外不少大学教师的收入就相当于工资、全部按年薪计算。
