　　杨希文，1954年9月生，陕西洛南人。1973年加入中国共产党，同年参加工作。在职研究生学历；教授、研究员。1977年西安外国语学院毕业。1992年任副教授，1999年任研究员，2002年任教授。2001年12月西北大学政治经济学研究生毕业。1973年历任洛南县石门公社党委副书记，整顿农村基层组织工作队队长、副指导员；西安外国语学院学生政治辅导员，团委书记，学生工作处处长，院党委组织部部长。1992年7月借调国家教育委员会国际合作司工作。1992年12月任驻加拿大大使馆一等秘书。1996年10月任西安外国语学院研究生部党总支部书记，院党委办公室、院长办公室主任。1998年7月任西安外国语学院党委副书记、纪委书记、党校校长。2001年6月任西安外国语学院党委书记、党校校长(其间：2001年12月西北大学政治经济学研究生毕业)。2007年3月任中共陕西省委教育工委副书记、教育厅厅长。（记者 王爔旋）
