教育部建议考生认真了解中外合作办学机构与项目所颁发的学历、学位证书情况。按规定，中外合作办学招生均须纳入国家普通高等学校招生计划，只颁发境外学位证书的机构或项目，国家教育行政部门在审批过程中也同时核定了相应的招生计划数。据介绍，自2011年12月1日起，教育部在中外合作办学监管工作信息平台上，开通了本科以上层次中外合作办学颁发境外学位证书认证注册信息查询系统。就读颁发境外学位证书的中外合作办学机构或项目的学生，可在入学一个月后凭本人姓名、身份证号码查询所获境外学位证书的认证注册信息。如果届时查询不到本人相关信息，所获境外学位证书将不予认证。
