据《工人日报》报道“我们发出去1000多份邀请函，却没有一家企业或者个人肯回应我们。”记者从贵州省教育厅下属分支机构贵州省教育发展基金会了解到，自2011年6月30日成立以来，该基金遭遇“零捐助”尴尬，发出千余封邀请函无一回应。省教育发展基金会秘书长周忆江表示，希望社会公众不要对公益慈善机构“一棒子打死”，多伸出援助之手，以爱心为贫困学子撑起一片蓝天。
