　　从妹妹那里我学着制作周计划学习表，从大一下学期开始一直到大四毕业，我每周都制作学习表，目前都还保留着。

　　马冬晗：大一下学期。计划表不是我发明的，是妹妹马冬昕教我的。大一刚进校我对学习环境并不是很适应，比如机械制图、机械制造一些课程上遇到了不小的困难。大一上学期考试全年级150人我排26。这是我从小学到高中最低的名次，当时压力非常大，从妹妹那里我学着制作周计划学习表。从大一下学期开始一直到大四毕业，我每周都制作学习表，目前都还保留着。

　　马冬晗：虽然没有天天以泪洗面，但满脑子都是学习，天天感觉有很多很多的事情要做，但每一件都做不好，很烦躁。制作计划表对我的帮助很大，所以我在特奖答辩中进行展示，只是给大家提供一个比较好的学习方法，是我随手拍的一张，我觉得很正常的事，没想到被人热议。可能很多人不了解清华，不理解清华的学风。

　　马冬晗：其实计划表中的东西应该说是备忘录，我只是提醒自己，什么时间该做什么事情。还有一些是我在那个时间做了一些事然后记录上的。那时我是学生会主席，很多事情会时间冲突，我大都选择了改计划。

　　其实做计划表的人大都是有强迫症的，尤其是能把计划表做得那么详细，肯定是很严重的（笑）。但是有些时候，有强迫症的人反而更容易成功，当然也有很多不好的地方。

　　马冬晗：我是执行力很强的人，我就是有很明显的强迫症。其实做计划表的人大都是有强迫症的，尤其是能把计划表做得那么详细，肯定是很严重的（笑）。但是有些时候，有强迫症的人反而更容易成功，当然也有很多不好的地方。

　　马冬晗：每个人有每个人的价值观，我的做法是一种做法，别人那种轻轻松松读大学的也是一种做法，个人爱好不同，我这样挺愉快的就足够了。可能在其他人看来就不正常，但是我20来年都是这么过来的。在清华大家可以理解，因为他们了解清华。

　　而我的方法并不一定适合别人。举个例子，在我刚获特奖的时候，也有很多院系请我去讲，但是我讲了很多以后，我会发现其实我能帮的很有限。包括我当辅导员，我恨不得把心掏给他们，告诉他们应该怎么学，但是归根结底还是要靠自己，每个人都知道该怎么做，但是能不能真的做到就是另外一回事了。

　　马冬晗：是的，别人的评价跟我无关，我只在意我在意的人的评价，妹妹算一个。反正那么多人、那么多话，包括高考的时候我进清华，也是有很多声音，但当时我就觉得，大家都可以怀疑，你可以觉得怎么样，但我们一直在做我们自己。你如果让所有人都能认可自己，让大家不八卦、不猜测、不造谣，这也是不可能的。要是网上觉得我们不正常，觉得大学生不应该这么过，那他们可以不这么过呀！这个东西都是个人的选择。

　　马冬晗：这是在一周之前关的，与计划表事情无关。因为我人人上好友太多，我本来只是为了关注我想关注的人的信息，可好友太多了，一打开全是我不想关注的信息，所以就把它关了。觉得它已经达不到我想要的效果了，浪费时间。

　　马冬晗：我确实适合“学霸”这个词。有人还叫我“学神”，但我觉得“学霸”比“学神”好，因为“学神”应该是天赋很高生活很自由就能成绩很好的人；而“学霸”要通过自己努力，带有很强的目的性，带有自我管理与控制。
