楚天都市报讯（记者罗欣）昔日少先队干部小队委、中队委、大队委袖标上的标志一道杠、两道杠、三道杠，悄然被一个印有校旗LOGO的“湖北省武昌实验小学少先队志愿者”徽章所替代。昨日，记者在武昌实验小学看到这道别样的风景。

　　取消少先队“几道杠”标志的变化，是从上周开始的。该校大队辅导员向红平介绍，现在少先队的小队委、中队委、大队委里没有干部，全是志愿者，数量比以前也增加了。以前少先队干部多是由班主任、同学等推选出来；现在少先队志愿者的产生要经过四道程序：本学期至少在社区或学校做过一件好事的同学可以自荐；班级对自荐的同学进行海选；各班选出的学生在全校进行公示，要求有简要的事迹材料；全校学生进行投票。除一年级新生外，全校同学都可以参与竞选，当选者由校长一一给他们佩戴徽章。“以前小队委、中队委、大队委干部每年都要进行换届，现在每年是新增一批少先队志愿者，此前已经当选的，在小学阶段都有效。目前全校共98名志愿者。”向红平说。
