10月25日，由中国青基会小天使行动基金、秦皇岛市教育局共同主办，启行营地发展中心承办的第三届中学校长公益论坛正式拉开帷幕。本届论坛的主题是“服务学习与青少年发展”。来自全国50多所中小学的校长、15家专注教育工作的非政府组织及16家海内外媒体，以融入多方视角对服务学习及青少年发展进行深度研讨。以下是岭南大学服务研习处助理总监马学嘉博士发言实录：

　　各位领导、各位校长还有各位老师，大家好！首先我很高兴可以来到这里分享我对服务研习的方式是什么。肯定你觉得很奇怪，为什么我们叫服务研习，不叫服务学习。为什么我们叫服务研习？因为我们觉得在服务的过程当中，我们希望我们的学生还有老师也有研究的概念，所以我们叫服务研习。在亚洲去年说了可能是一个新的教育。为什么这么说呢？等一下我会跟你们分享一下。亚洲地区的服务研习的发展是什么样，然后会有岭南的经验，然后会谈到我们做评估的方案是怎么样。

　　其实在亚洲地区为什么会有服务研习出现呢？其实我们对服务这个概念在亚洲地区也有的。当时我们看到我们以前的校长，他提到在亚洲区里面有一个新的经济型的模式去发展，所以教育里面有不同的特点。第一点就是你可以看到Digitization数码化，每一次我们有不同的IT的发展的时候，其实我们需要更多的年轻人有一个倡议、经历和终身学生的理念。然后其实我们每一个人可以预测到的只有改变的一个概念。另外一点就是Globatization，每一个大学里都有外国的教授来到中国内地，其实亚洲区还有很多不同的国际学校也过来。我们香港也强调这个国际化，所以我们谈到也是很重要，所以多元化的角度也是很重要。第三点就是资本主义的垄断。其实我们想到每一个人也是想到钱的时候，有时候我们看到深圳的教育，其实也跟钱去挂钩，其实香港的教育也是差不多。但是我们怎么样去看这个东西？在强调教育里面，资本主义的发展里面，其实我们也要强调道德伦理在哪里、礼貌的文化在哪里，责任感在哪里。所以亚洲的服务研习的发展里面，其实有不同的发展。

　　我们看到三代的教育其实要有新的思维，其实我们也要强调社会的公义、和平，我们新一代要怎么在这个社会大环境的改变下，怎么样做一个回应呢？他们要怎么样去准备他们面对未来的挑战，这个也是很重要。所以这几点你可以看到，其实强调着几个很重要的思维方法，因为香港面对的另外一个问题就是很多人说年轻人很自我中心，怎么样可以把他们从自己的世界里面去关爱多一点点，整个社会的追求是什么样的，所以我们很多大学跟中学、小学，他们也想到服务研习的重要性。

　　首先谈到香港之前，我想给你们看看在亚洲地区的服务研习情况是怎么样。他们其实学校的状况是什么样，课程的设计是怎么样，他们的服务研习在哪个情况呢？大部分是跟他们的课程是挂钩的，每一个大学里面也有评估，有一些他们有自己的资金来源，有一些是政府配套，有一些是基金会会给的，他们的核心价值其实也是跟他们学校挂钩的。比如说India，他们强调的是爱、正义、平等、和平，在菲律宾他们强调的是怎么样为他人服务，在印度尼西亚，他们有一点点宗教的背景，也是强调关爱，全球性的一所大学。这个是泰国，泰国也是强调真理和服务、服务学习，他们推广终身教育。在日本，他们因为是国际基督教大学，他们也有一些关爱的概念。但是你看到他们的学校的支援是很重要，为什么呢？因为每一间大学学校的校长，也是会支持这个服务研习的发展。所以在他们的学校里面，很多时候他们也有一个服务区做服务研习，在岭南也是一样。你看这个是台湾的，台湾的一个缺点就是如果你们研究教育，台湾在十年前他们已经把服务研习的概念放在教育课堂里面，因为他们把服务研习跟教育挂钩，所以大学生、中学生、小学生也要做这些，有一些不同的理念跟刚才华院长说的，怎么样跟课程挂钩，他们还有一些专业的服务研习的课程。他们也是要怎么样去满足社会的需求，运作这个服务研习的。

First before talked about Hong Kong,I would like to give you see in Asia service study situation is.They actually, the situation is what kind of,Curriculum design is,Their service study in which case it?Mostly with their course is the hook,Every university is also evaluated,There are some they have their own source of fund,Some government supporting,Some foundation will give,Their core value actually also with their school of the hook.India, for example,They emphasize is love/justice/equality/peace,In the Philippines they emphasize how to serve others,In Indonesia,They have a little bit of religious background,Is emphasis on caring,Global a university.This is Thailand,Thailand is also emphasize the truth and service/Service learning,They promote lifelong education.In Japan,Because they is an international Christian university,They also have some of the concept of love.But you see their school support is very important,why?Because each a university the headmaster of the school,Also will support this service study development.So in their school inside,Most of the time they also have a service do service study,In lingnan also is same.You see this is a Taiwanese,Taiwan's a disadvantage is that if you research education,Taiwan in ten years ago they have the service concept of the study on education classroom inside,Because their service study with education hook,So college students/Middle school students/Students also have to do this,There are some different ideas heel just talent dean said,How to follow the course,They have some professional service study course.They also want to how to satisfy the needs of the community,Operation of the service institute.

　　岭南大学的经验是什么样的呢？因为我们跟一些亚洲地区的大学里面做了一个亚洲服务研习的网络，岭南大学是其中一个秘书。在香港每一个大学里面，其实他们也有服务研习，岭南的角色是什么？也是他们的秘书。你一个月到不同的大学里面去开会，去谈谈我们面对做服务研习的问题，还有怎么去做评估，怎么样跟政府说我们做服务研习跟社区的关系是怎么样。

　　我简单说一下岭南的一些例子，岭南是香港唯一强调博雅教育的学校。岭南的一个教学目标就是作育英才，服务社会，我们也想在博雅教育里面提出一个教育学很好的课程和环境，所以我们大部分服务研习的概念也是跟课程挂钩的。最后我们在社会里面可以有适应力。现在很多人顾自己，但是我们要提出比较好的时候，我们的适应力是很重要。香港在六十年前，其实我们跟我们的邻居还有我们的学校关系是很好的，现在因为我们回家以后就关门了，不会跟我们的邻居去打招呼，岭南我们强调ABC三点。A是我们强调学校有适应力，他们出去做服务研习的时候，他们可以适应不同的地方。因为很多学生毕业以后他们也要出来工作，但是他早一点去社区里面的工作的话，可以体验真正社区的教育是怎么样。B是智力，他们就把自己课程里面怎么样去做社会服务去挂钩，另外一点就是创意力。我们怎么样把学生提出更好的创意，A、B、C是很重要的。

　　有些事后我们对社会来说，很像是社区服务。在美国其实他们的服务研习有不同的层次，有一些是体验式学习，有一些是跟课程挂钩，有一些是全方面发展。但是岭南是把学术知识跟社区的服务加起来就是服务研习。其实我们这个概念在香港的不同中学还有小学也带进去，因为中学里面的课程也可以加到服务的研习，我们就跟他们做一个培训。服务研习也好，他们也是一个体验式的学习，也是通过课堂的教育还有反思的学习。然后我们也希望有一个全方位的发展，包括了学术知识、个人素质及能力，还有他们对社会的责任，怎么去参与社区的发展。所以我们在全方位的发展里面，我们也会做培训。培训是怎么样呢？在培训里面我们希望学生可以明白自己的长处是怎么样，热门是怎么样，从认识自己到认识他人，从认识他人怎么样认识我们的社区，他们会觉得他们是社区的一分子。另外一点，我们也是希望透过博雅不只是学校的责任，也是学校跟企业家、学校跟我们的政府去一起去做的课程。所以你们可以很负责的。

Some afterwards we for society,Very like a community service.In the United States in fact their service study have different level,Some experiential learning,Some with course hook,Some are completely aspect development.But the lingnan is academic knowledge and community service add up to service the study.In fact we in Hong Kong this concept of the different middle school and primary school also take in,Because the inside of the middle school course can also add to the study of service,We just like they do a training.Service study or,They are also a experiential learning,Also through the classroom education and reflective learning.Then we also hope to have an all-round development,Including the academic knowledge/Personal qualities and abilities,And their social responsibility,How to get involved in community development.So we in the comprehensive development inside,We will also do training.Training is?In the training inside we hope that students can understand their own strengths is,What is popular,From understanding yourself to know others,From understanding what others know our community,They will feel that they are a part of the community.Another point,We also hope that through the liberal arts not only the school's responsibility,The school also with entrepreneurs/School with our government to go to do course.So you can be very responsible.

　　这个体验式学习我就不多谈了，因为在书里面其实谈到，我觉得很好的就是真的给学生有机会去体验，可以去学习。岭南的课程里面有什么样呢？我们有一些本地服务研习的计划，在本地的服务研习计划跟我们不同的学习是挂钩的，我们也有一些内地及国际服务研习计划，我们会在北京、台湾、广州、美国、印度，我们也有暑假服务研习所，不同学校的学生会来到香港，一起去岭南进行研究。还有我们有一个活动，就是专门跟企业家一起做的，他们给钱，他们也出他们的员工成为我们学生的服务研习计划。另外就是对于香港的问题，我们有长者学院，年轻人怎么去做未来的领导，我们有一个和富领袖网络计划，还有就是关爱社区里面的人，怎么样提醒他们有一个正能量，怎么样去教育，怎么样有一个共同的文化。这三方面也是我们不同的服务研习计划。

This experiential learning I will not much talked about,Because in the book actually talked about,I feel very good is really give students have the opportunity to experience,Can go to study.Lingnan course there is what kind of?We have some local service study plan,In the local service institute plans to us different learning is the hook,We also have some mainland China and international service study plan,We might be in Beijing/Taiwan/guangzhou/The United States/India,We also have summer service by the study,Different school students come to Hong Kong,Go to the lingnan were studied.And we have a activities,Is special and entrepreneurs do together,They give money,They also out of their employees to be we students service study plan.The other is the problem for Hong Kong,We have elderly college,Young people what to do the leaders of tomorrow,We have a rich leader and network planning,There is a caring community inner man,How to remind them that they have a positive energy,How to education,How to have a common culture.The three aspects of different service is our study plan.

　　我的公司其实在2006年成立，在前面跟差不多125间的本地合作伙伴一起做，还有就是海外也有不同的伙伴去做。岭南其实很小，我们只有2700多人，每一年我们也希望多一点的教授、老师去跟我们一起服务，然后每一年大概有400到500的学生跟我们一起做服务。我们的人数大概15000人，这个是服务研习学生的情况。你可以看到从2006年的时候，我们只有284个，但是到现在已经有513个，今年还有更多。

　　最后服务研习元素的课程，我们跟社会科学院、文学院还有我们自己的服务研习处也有自己的课程，每一年的课程也是增多的。每一年我们跟老师说，社区是怎么样，我们可以一起怎么样去做。因为我们不可以为服务做服务，因为为服务做服务，我们很麻烦，所以我们做服务的时候也要小心一点，真正要了解社区的追求是怎么样。这个是大概我们每一个本地服务研习的情况，看看我们有多少个学期，然后跟不同的学科去联系，大概服务的时数，每一个学期大概二十至三十个小时，然后也要统筹，跟不同的人以很好的方式沟通。

　　这个是我们的合作的伙伴，其实在香港我们也有“黑暗中对话”，也是跟一些有视障的人去做一些服务，跟他们做一个社会体验。你看到我们也跟医院还有警察、社会福利署，还有就是岭南香港坐地铁，地铁公司也跟我们做服务，还有就是基层的也跟我们一起做服务。当一起去做以后，他们也会跟你说可以一起去做，还有他的基金是很多的。2006年到现在，所以往后一起做服务研习，资金不是一个问题，最大的问题是怎么样去找一个真正的社会需要，怎么样把老师的心也跟我们一起去针对社区去做服务。在整个服务研习计划的结构里面，其实我们也会做一个实地导向会，学生有机会到地方去看看怎么样，我们会有培训的工作坊，还也就是我们有服务研习，也有反思会，最后他们也会汇报。汇报的时候我们跟他们说，因为其他学生也可以学，是其他部门的情况是怎么样，他们到一起有一个汇报会，其实我们邀请服务的机构，还有服务的人，还有老师、其他的人一起来听学生的经验是怎么样。因为很多时候做服务，学生也付出很多，这个是很重要的。

　　这个是BUSBO1是工商管理式的经验。我们有策略管理，学生要怎么去看外面的情况怎么样、内部的情况怎么样，去分析公司的情况。以前学生会自己跟一些小的公司去做研究，但是有一个社会企业的发展，所以我们就把社会企业的概念放在这里。社会企业是为一些有需要的人提供一个机会，比如说这个展毅中心，他们其实是为一些视障的人提供一些机会，学生会有机会跟他们一起研究一个社会企业应该是怎么样去做，我们学生会给他一个计划，那个情况是怎么样，把他们在课堂里面学到的东西放在这个服务里面，所以等于是学生的一些体验。他觉得做这个计划很像一个小孩子一样，他觉得因为是一个真的个案。最后学生毕业以后，他们自己可不可以创业，创业的时候可不可以把需要的人拉进来一起去做。这是有关科学还有科技的关系，这个数码学堂计划也是很好的。因为大学生跟小学生他们一起看有关公民教育的书本，然后他们在网上去谈。因为现在学生、年轻人也是常常在网上去聊天，所以我们就想到有没有可能把数码学习也放在这个网上。我们发现学生看完书以后跟大哥哥大姐姐聊天的时候也学习很多东西，所以我们把这个计划放在大学生跟小学生，今年其实中学生和小学生一起做了，他们也是看了书，最后他们也有机会去交流，谈谈他们的经验是怎么样。

　　有很多贫穷的学生，他们不觉得他有机会可以进大学。但是通过这个活动，他们能知道大学是怎么样的。其实我觉得另外一个例子很重要，如果可以的话，把多一点点的企业家也拉进来一起做服务研习。比如说我这个计划就是对全中国做的，我们本来是三年的计划，现在我们也是在中国农村里面做个可持续发展的活动，比如说教育还有卫生的情况。每一个服务研习的计划里面，我们也是要评估，评估的方法有很多。在2006年到2011年的时候，其实你可以看到学生在这几个方面的情况是怎么样，我们学生对服务研习的前差和后差，其实有很多分数是蛮高的。我们也做小组的分享。其实我们对毕业生的情况也有做，这边是有参加服务研习的平均值，这边是没有参加服务研习的平均值，你可以看到参加服务研习的学生，对他们来说是不同的。

　　最后如果我们要做服务演习，其实怎么样鼓励多一点的学生去参加，然后怎么提高他们的适应力。另外就是我们在不断的反省和挑战传统里面，怎么样去加强我们的智力思考批判，怎么样培育创新思维能力，怎么样去提高创造力。最重要是让我们的老师、学生、校长，你们要心动，心中要有感动，你有心动难免会感动，感动以后难免会做行动。我希望我们可以一起去为社会还有为我们的中国可以做更好的服务研习的发展。好，谢谢大家！
