  据介绍,中关村时尚产业创新园于2012年3月由北京市人民政府支持成立,由北京市人民政府与北京服装学院共建,为中关村科学城第四批签约项目。其中“中小学生校服设计研发中心”承担着北京市教委委托的校服更新设计任务,向全市乃至全国中小学生提供美观舒适、具有国际感的校服。北京理工附中今年的新生已经在开学时穿上了中心设计的新式校服。

  据中小学生校服设计研发中心主任曹永介绍,明年该中心目标选取10至15所中小学,为学校设计各具特色的新式校服,之后力争用两年的时间将北京校服进行统一规范后,向全市推广新式校服。

  “中国学生制服远滞后于日韩和欧美,体现在时尚度、对学生的教育、规范等基本保护层面不足。”据介绍,2010年,北京市教委曾委托北京服装学院调研目前中小学生校服现状。曹永表示,调研的目的是为了了解家长对校服的认知、现有校服的评价以及对校服的期望和需求特点等,进而为北京市中小学生校服开发与设计提供依据。结果显示,目前北京市中小学校服没有统一的规范,大部分都是直接从服装厂订购。

  曹永表示,目前北京校服与首都的经济、政治和精神文明面貌不相称,存在一些问题急需解决,诸如校服缺乏统一的规范和针对性的专业设计,不能体现学校的历史文化;校服的设计呆板,大众化,无法完全体现学生的天性和朝气;版型过于肥大,阻碍运动,不精神。另外,面料选择没有充分考虑学生的安全性和运动需求,品质不佳,手感粗糙,不舒适,易起球,吸湿透气性差。

  1 八成家长认为男女生校服应区分

  2010年,北京市教委委托北京市服装学院,对5所中小学1000余名学生和家长进行学生校服调研。近九成家长认为孩子穿着校服是有必要的。因为校服代表学生的形象,可以培养孩子的集体荣誉感和责任感;其次代表学校的形象,整齐划一,便于学校管理;再次能够防止孩子攀比心理的滋生。
