新京报讯 （记者杜丁）昨天，落户北京服装学院的中关村时尚产业创新园开园，位于产业园内的“中小学生校服设计研发中心”首次亮相。

　　据介绍，中关村时尚产业创新园于2012年3月由北京市人民政府支持成立，由北京市人民政府与北京服装学院共建，为中关村科学城第四批签约项目。其中“中小学生校服设计研发中心”承担着北京市教委委托的校服更新设计任务，向全市乃至全国中小学生提供美观舒适、具有国际感的校服。北京理工附中今年的新生已经在开学时穿上了中心设计的新式校服。

　　据中小学生校服设计研发中心主任曹永介绍，明年该中心目标选取10至15所中小学，为学校设计各具特色的新式校服，之后力争用两年的时间将北京校服进行统一规范后，向全市推广新式校服。

　　“中国学生制服远滞后于日韩和欧美，体现在时尚度、对学生的教育、规范等基本保护层面不足。”据介绍，2010年，北京市教委曾委托北京服装学院调研目前中小学生校服现状。曹永表示，调研的目的是为了了解家长对校服的认知、现有校服的评价以及对校服的期望和需求特点等，进而为北京市中小学生校服开发与设计提供依据。结果显示，目前北京市中小学校服没有统一的规范，大部分都是直接从服装厂订购。

　　曹永表示，目前北京校服与首都的经济、政治和精神文明面貌不相称，存在一些问题急需解决，诸如校服缺乏统一的规范和针对性的专业设计，不能体现学校的历史文化；校服的设计呆板，大众化，无法完全体现学生的天性和朝气；版型过于肥大，阻碍运动，不精神。另外，面料选择没有充分考虑学生的安全性和运动需求，品质不佳，手感粗糙，不舒适，易起球，吸湿透气性差。

　　2010年，北京市教委委托北京市服装学院，对5所中小学1000余名学生和家长进行学生校服调研。近九成家长认为孩子穿着校服是有必要的。因为校服代表学生的形象，可以培养孩子的集体荣誉感和责任感；其次代表学校的形象，整齐划一，便于学校管理；再次能够防止孩子攀比心理的滋生。
