欢迎大家来参加创意未来百校巡讲的启动仪式，这个活动是水晶石教育主办的，这是第六届。在前五届的时间里，水晶石公司也非常有幸地参与了一些重大的文化活动，包括06年的多哈亚运会、08年的北京奥运会、10年的世博会。这些活动中的案例也通过水晶石教育整理好，通过百校巡讲前五届和大家分享。

　　第六届的案例我想主要会来自于刚刚结束的伦敦奥运会。在伦敦奥运会上，我们作为独家的数字图象设计供应商和唯一的中国赞助企业参与到奥运会中。包括吉祥物的动画、体育展示、数字内容，包括场馆可视化，还包括了间接地参与了下一届的奥运会也就是在里约8分钟里面也有一些内容是我们参与的。一会儿我们水晶石的伦敦奥运的总负责人刘剑先生将会为大家亲自来揭秘，一会看揭秘的程度有多深。刘剑在长达三年半的时间里全程地在为伦敦奥运在服务。说到这里同学们可能会有一个问题，为什么水晶石会把这些看起来是公司秘密的一些东西跟大家分享？我想得回答一下这个问题，有一个显而易见的原因是，我们希望大家了解水晶石，也希望同学们已经能加入水晶石，我们是这样想的，以后大家都是自己人了，我们也不见外我们把这个技术、流程、经验就告诉大家，大家了解了以后加入公司可以很快地融入到我们的团队。但这个事也有风险，同学们学完了以后也不一定加入到水晶石，可能加入到水晶石的竞争对手公司，或者是自己成立一个工作室，因为这是属于创意行业的普遍现象，直接成为水晶石的竞争对手。所以实际情况是这样的，因为我和刘总是来自于一线的业务部门，我们感觉自从水晶石教育成立以来，我们竞争对手的数量显著增加，有的一线的员工问我水晶石教育是不是也是水晶石的竞争对手之一，这种情况下换一个角度来想这个事，竞争对手的增多其实是一个好事，作为水晶石来说是乐于看到这种情况的，这说明市场的空间大了，行业在发展。我想百校巡讲活动也是这样的，我们希望激励和鼓舞更多的人才加入到这个行业。这些案例听起来很高，但实际上可能没有那么神秘，大家要相信自己要有这个信心。同学们有很好的创意，也有高水准的CG技术能力，这个行业发展起来行业里的公司才能受益。从长远来看我国的创意产业也能更有竞争力。所以我想这个是百校巡讲的一个更重要的目的。所以在这里我是预祝第六届创意未来百校巡讲再次成功，也谢谢老师、同学们、各位媒体对水晶石的支持。
