乐君逸【小天使基金会秘书长】: LeJun escape[Little angel foundation secretary general]:宏观来说,牵扯到孩子的主动意识。孩子说了,我纯粹就是一种奉献服务。如果不问回报这种奉献的精神是可以得到一种心灵的满足,可是奉献完了,这个过程当中我的感想是什么?每一年我们做感想、总结都很感人,这个感人点就是说“奉献”——让每个孩子的爱心、奉献心、公益心得到满足。可是一年两年完了以后,我们发现这样不够,孩子仅仅只有奉献精神,那是一种热情,还要有方法。怎么样有方法?我们要提供一个很简单的理论叫做“自循环”。自循环就是方法、受众群、主动性。如何创造孩子的主动性,必须要找到一套理论告诉孩子。做公益,我在服务他人的时候可以从服务的过程中学到做人的乐趣、领导力、组织力,做微观的能力、宏观的关注都有,这个观点才是孩子在服务他人之后在学习过程当中得到的回报。任何一种公益行为、服务行为,如果完全不问回报会疲乏的。回报有两种,一种是你看他活得很好,给他服务完了你很欣慰,晚上睡得着。还有一种回报,你得到结论反思,反思之后我从这里面可以调整我的行为、学习态度和做事方法,跟别人相处的力量、能量、组织力量。这些反思是孩子的得到,这种得到是你以服务为出发、学习为回报最好的效益。在服务的过程中你找到了一种动机,这个动机放诸于微观做事的方法,放诸于与孩子之间相互团结做事情,叫组织能力或者领导力,放诸于自己素质培养的时候该产生你学习的动机,就是说我有可能缺乏某一种知识、某一种技术。我忽然之间发现天地之大已超过我的理解,世间所可能需要的帮助也超过我的知识范畴了,我就会产生一种很明确的主动,这种主动叫做为求其成而求自己的成,直白的说,在中国文化有一个定义叫做己欲利而利人,己欲达而达人,就是这个道理,我试图为别人好,可是我能力不足的时候我要提升。为他好的同时我提升了,我也为我自己好。这是好与好的相加相乘,就是这个原因定这个议题,然后让与我们理念相同的人分享,这个不叫增加孩子的负担,是帮孩子走到往下走的动力。不只是应付高考,不是应付一个社会或者是一个家庭对孩子的表面需求,反过来问孩子,你可以用什么方法找到你学习的动力?假设你学习的动力是为了服务他人,这样一种公共利益之心难道不是很美的事情,就这么简单。
