日前，延安大学老校友、全国人大常委会原委员长李鹏同志用自己的稿费向中国教育发展基金会捐款三百万元，设立了“李鹏延安助学基金”。自2009年开始，每年资助延安大学10名家庭经济困难学生，每生每年3000元，已累计资助延安大学40名贫困学子，共计120000元人民币。
