晨报讯 昨天，上海对外贸易学院公布的针对2013届毕业生就业观念、工作前景问卷调查结果显示，晋升发展是大学生择业的首选，能得到上司重用晋升较快是大学生认为的成功第一步。

　　此次调查发放问卷2000份。调查显示，53.91%的大学生择业最关注的是晋升发展，随后是福利薪水和专业对口；39.03%的大学生上班后最担忧的是工作不稳定，其次则是工作压力大和难适应工作环境。“对自身发展哪个最重要”的选题中，49.21%的学生选择了自身就业竞争力和适应力，其次是遇到好的领导和好的团队。对于“如何才算是成功”，大学生们的回答都比较分散，26.87%选择能得到上司重用、晋升较快；24.90%认为是工作得心应手；19.87%认为是丰厚的收入；还有14.89%的选择是能发挥所学专长。
