　　11月7日，广元举行推进义务教育均衡发展暨深入实施素质教育工作会，力争在2017年全面实现区域内义务教育均衡，这一目标比全省“时间表”提早了3年。

　　近年来，广元市积极推进义务教育均衡发展，出台了农村教师激励机制，落实了贫困学生资助、学生营养改善计划等教育民生政策，加快实施了农村寄宿制学校、校舍安全工程等项目建设，公共财政逐步向农村薄弱学校倾斜，义务教育学校的办学条件及教育教学设施设备得到改观，城乡学校办学条件达到初步均衡。每年安排进城务工人员子女接受义务教育人数都在8000人以上，均等受教育权得到保障。(记者 侯静)
