11月6日，山东省政府办公厅下发《山东省见义勇为奖励和保护条例》，12月1日起正式实施。《条例》中明确规定，见义勇为受益人应当对见义勇为人员及其家庭成员表达谢意、予以慰藉。同时，各级政府及部门应对见义勇为人员及其家庭、子女在基本生活、教育、就业、医疗、住房等方面给予优先照顾。(11月7日《山东商报》)
