本报讯日前出台的《浙江省高等学校面向普通高中学生开发开设大学先修课程的指导意见》指出，高中生将可以选修大学课程，引发广泛关注。浙江省教育厅高等教育处相关负责人5日表示，高中生所修学分，在升入相应高校后可获认定；目前浙江旅游职业学院已正式与普通高中合作开发开设五门选修课。

　　据介绍，浙江省2006年起开始高中新课程改革，但没有改变教学过度应试、学生课业负担过重的局面，新课程理念还未转化为学校办学和教师教学的自觉行动。

　　根据规定，选修课程主要分为知识拓展、职业技能、兴趣特长、社会实践等四类。学校要根据本校、本地区实际，利用各类资源开设课程。其中，知识拓展类课程比例不超过60%；职业技能类课程比例不少于10%。每学期选修课程课时比例不少于总课时的20%。

　　根据《意见》，合作学校应设立学分认定委员会，负责学生学分认定工作。学生参加选修课程的学习，实际修读课时数不少于规定课时数三分之二、学习过程表现良好、通过学校组织的考核合格者，即可取得学分。学生升入开发开设先修课程高校学习，先修学分经所在高校审核通过后予以学分认定。
