豪华收费自习室是升升公寓内一栋三层连体楼，楼上的两层经过装修对学生开放，昨日记者赶到时，通往自习室的大门一直紧锁，也不见收费公告牌。该校国际教育学院一名大一学生告诉记者，由于升升公寓所在的教学区离主校区较远，学校公寓内有一个免费自习室，不过条件相对较差，对于这个新开放的收费自习室还是第一次听说。
