近期，出版界动作频频，剑指学术著作出版规范：8月18日，上海书展首开“学术研究与学术出版”论坛；9月底，新闻出版总署下发了《关于进一步加强学术著作出版规范的通知》；10月31日，人民出版社、商务印书馆、三联书店、社科文献出版社等50余家重点学术著作出版单位联合发出《倡议书》，呼吁进一步提高我国学术著作出版质量和水平。
