参加此次问卷调查的毕业生，有的已经走上了工作岗位，有的正在准备公务员考试，有些已经考上了研究生，而更多的还处于找工作的焦灼状态当中。调查结果显示，目前大学毕业生就业趋稳意向明显，对收入期望值过高、经验不足、性别歧视等问题仍制约着就业率的提高。

　　调查显示，国有大中型企业、合资企业、科研单位、党政机关等稳定性工作成为大多数毕业生心仪的就业单位，工作相对稳定、收入有保障、工作环境安逸、劳动强度不大的单位备受青睐。在地域选择上，由于北京、上海等一线城市生活成本不断上升，大多数毕业生望而却步。东南沿海城市和大中城市由于经济发达、信息灵通、就业机会较多、生活成本相对较低等因素受到热捧。不少90后在实现了经济独立以后，更愿意到外面的世界“长长见识”，对于毕业后首选的工作地点，选择“东南沿海一带”或大中城市的占了60%。
