贵州省教育厅的相关负责人告诉记者，本次招标从2012年9月开始，根据贵州实际情况设置的十大课题分别为：服务贵州经济社会加速发展的创业教育体系建设研究、贵州集中连片特困地区教育扶贫有效途径研究、完善贵州教育科研机制的路径与政策研究、‘特岗教师’政策对贵州农村教育发展的影响及政策优化研究、城镇化进程中贵州流动儿童受教育情况监测制度建设研究、贵州农村边远学前教育发展模式与育人方式实践研究等。内容涵盖“特岗教师”、“流动儿童”、教育扶贫等贵州当前面临的主要问题。
