  北京小学通州分校刚才说了是通州区定位国际新城之后的第一所小学,也是通州区名校办分校的第二所小学,之前有史家小学通州分校。这所学校的投入使用无论是上级领导还是周边百姓以及社会对这所学校都给予了无限的希望。担任这样一所小学的校长说实话压力非常大,压力源自于什么?想把这所学校办成群众满意的学校,办成一所社会认可的学校,更想办成一所在国内国际有影响的学校,但是真的不容易。因此到这个学校以后就一直在想,这所学校怎么样发展能够成为群众满意的学校、社会满意的学校。我们学校属于名校办分校,和北京小学本部应该说无论从历史还是从学校的环境各个方面,如果硬把北京小学的所有经验和理念拿来,我认为并不适合这个学校的发展。这个学校的发展不能完全依托名校,也不能顺其自然任其发展,而应该在规范办学的同时明确特色办学,在特色建设的过程中积淀学校的文化,最终形成文化引领学校的发展。为此我们做了前期调研,从实际当中来结合校情区情况确定学校发展情况。我们首先分析学校,从学校层面来说北京小学通州分校是伴随着通州新城的规划与建设东部成长和发展,通州区国际新城规划的主旨是活力通州、创意通州、和谐通州,北京小学同通州新城的结合要有新的特点,要有适合通州本土化的建设活力,这是我们分析当中的一点。还有,北京小学通州分校紧邻新城核心区,学生来自新城建设中的城区改造、搬迁居民的新一代,还有留京创业者的第二代。我们学生家长的文化水平很高,孩子的生活环境也比较好,家长对孩子教育非常重要,对教育质量的需求比较高。这是学校地处趋于还有生源的分析,从老师的层面,这所学校的师资构成非常年轻,第一届就有14名大学毕业生新分到这个学校,没有任何工作经验的。学校年轻教师涌动着成长和创造力,活力主要体现在教师了解学生、尊重学生、珍视学生发展的自主权,唤醒学生发展的自我动力,有助于创造学生快乐成长的环境,使学生在知识中寻找自我价值,尊重学生成长当中独特的生命体验,张扬学生的个性,摆在老师面前的一个任务也就是激发孩子的活力。活力促使教师的智慧的充分展现,活力也还体现在教师自身的发展上,就是教师对教学艺术的不倦追求。从学生层面来说活力体现着非常丰富的内涵,比如活泼、健康、自信、快乐、善群、有力量、有胆魄,保持童真,赋予好奇心想象力,赋予个性敢于梦想等等,这正是学校应该努力培养学生的品质。因此,北京小学通州分校的发展实际呼唤活力校园文化的硬件,切合活力通州、创意通州、和谐通州的新城规划主旨,秉承北京小学水润红枫的精神,北京小学通州分校着力打造以活力教育精神内核的学校特色文化,以此来引领学生发展教师发展和学校发展。因此,我们的学校是先有特色定位,学校发展的定位,然后再关注学校教育教学各方面的内涵发展。因此三年以来我觉得我们这个想法和做法是对的,让学校一开始就进入正轨。因此我们确定了活力教育的整体实施方案构建,也就是说制订了学校特色发展的五年规划。在这个规划里面,我们确定了活力教育的目标,我们的办学目标是办一所在北京新兴的城市社区内充满活力的具有现代化特色的人民满意的优质学校。学生的培养目标是培养学生具有健康活泼的姿态,积极活跃的学态,乐观和气的心态,持久活力的学态,让学生从小有活力,一生有活力。
