无差异教学 “傻追”课标“准死”--亲民维稳网络舆情监测室

  “高中新课程实施三年来,市区与郊区学生之间、郊区优秀生与学困生之间的英语学习成绩差距在拉大,并有进一步走向两极化的趋势。”近日,北京市顺义区原政协委员、顺义区杨镇一中高级教师刘士忠在一次区级英语教学研讨会上的发言,引发了大家的广泛关注。他进而将这种现象归因于“无差异化要求的课标”、“一剂猛药的教材”、“高居神坛上的教法”和“差异极大的学生”。

  刘士忠老师介绍了近年来他对顺义区杨镇一中学生所进行的英语学情调查,这所学校学生的学习水平在全区属中间层,他认为这些学情调查“基本能反映全区状况”,也能普遍反映出远郊区县英语教学现状。

  前不久,刘士忠又对现高一年级普通班868名学生进行了模块一第一、二单元5个语篇词汇的检测。统计结果显示,50分以上49人,占5.6%;40分以上130人,占15%;30分以上205人,占23.6%;30以上总计384人,占44%;20分以上199人,占22.9%;10分以上170人,占19.6%;9分以下108人,占12.4%。30分以下总计500人,占57.6%。“如果按36分为及格,有近600人不合格,这是个庞大的数字。”
