本报讯年仅17岁的高中生张鹏(化名)，在一年多的时间里强奸了5名在校女生，其中3名女生遭到其二次强奸。近日，法院以强奸罪判处张鹏有期徒刑10年，宣判后，张鹏提出上诉。昨天，西城检察院通报了该案详情。

　　据介绍，张鹏利用网络炮制骗局，他先在网上搜索帅哥照片和个人信息，再利用这一虚构身份注册QQ，然后专门找“照片评分高、长得好看”的女孩聊天，并向女孩大献殷勤。被害女孩案发后称：“他提出要做我男朋友，我看照片上的男生很帅并且聊得投机就答应了。”一旦女生答应见面，张鹏一般先约对方在咖啡馆等地见面，打消对方疑虑，等女孩到了约会地点，张鹏打电话告诉女孩，自己身体不好，正在医院看病，让朋友“郭斌”把女孩接到宾馆等待。女孩同意后，张鹏化身“郭斌”，带走女孩。
