2012年度郑州市中小学教师职称申报即日启动。昨日(12月4日)，郑州市人力资源和社会保障局公布了《2012年度全市中小学教师职称工作安排意见》(以下简称《意见》)，针对全新的职称评审政策、申报流程进行详细说明。

　　今年起，郑州市中小学教师也可以申报评审高级职称了，不过其相应的申报资格也更为严格。按照新的中小学教师水平评价试行标准，今后，凡申报高级教师职称的城市中小学教师，须有1年以上在农村学校或薄弱学校任教、支教经历，或按规定完成了对口支援、结对指导、送课下乡等支教任务。

　　而申报正高级教师任职资格者，应具备大学本科毕业学历，从事中小学教育教学工作20年以上，或者研究生毕业并取得硕士学位，从事中小学教育教学工作16年以上，或者博士研究生毕业并取得博士学位后，从事中小学教育教学工作12年以上，并在高级教师岗位任教8年以上。

　　根据《意见》，所有申报职称人员，无论是普通高校毕业或参加工作后取得学历，均须提供《中国高等教育学历认证报告》或《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表》。申报一级教师的人员，其任职年限计算截止到当年12月31日，申报高级教师的人员，其任职年限的计算截止到当年9月30日。例如，今年申报高级教师其任职年限要求5年，应在2007年6月30日前取得低一级专业技术职务任职资格，并于2007年9月30日前聘任。初聘截止到2007年12月31日。
