复旦校长为本科生上公开课 跨界讲遗传学--亲稳网络舆情监测室

  今天上午,在高分子化学和物理等多个领域都取得过重大成果的复旦大学校长杨玉良,以“生命过程的侧面观漫游在化学、数学、物理和生物学的边界”为题,给本科生上了一堂公开课。杨校长为什么要为本科生亲执教鞭?高校校长走进课堂是权宜之计还是应当形成制度?对于越来越多的校长们“下水”上课,褒扬声中也不乏一些冷静的思考。

  500人的大教室,实际报名超过了700人。本次公开课由复旦教师教学发展中心主办,全校师生皆可旁听。杨玉良校长为本科生授课,主要目的有两个:一是将跨学科的通识教育理念贯彻到专业教学中,二是鼓励和引导更多的专家教授投身教学研究。为了上好这堂课,杨校长不仅与遗传学系主任乔守怡做了深入交流,还认真备课,制作了154页的PPT资料。听课学生反映,杨校长的课信息量大、理论讲授清晰,特别是对前沿科学的洞悉,体现了很高的学术素养,足以让学生感受知识的引领价值。
