在今天举行的第五届中国健康教育与健康促进大会上，“中风孤岛人群救援中国行”专场披露了全球首份《中风孤岛指数》报告。调查显示，中风患者呈现年轻化趋势，一成以上患者还不足50岁，最小的患者竟然只有12岁。

　　“中风孤岛救援中国行”活动今年10月底在广东启动，由白云山奇星博爱中风康复(华佗再造)基金为患有中风疾病的贫困、低保人群提供医疗救助，同时开展针对中风患者的康复教育、康复辅导等公益项目。目前这项活动已经有1346人申请参加，通过对这些患者的调查，专家发现，中风患者年轻化的趋势日益明显，在这1346人当中，有141人在50岁以下，占申请者的一成以上。其中有3个80后，23个70后，最小的竟然只有12岁。另外，这些中风患者长期陷入负面情绪，丧失康复信心，抑郁并发比例占60%以上。
