　　2012年7月13日，在房山区窦店镇家中，郑海龙因琐事与其父郑永军发生冲突，郑海龙持铁锤击打郑永军头部、背部多次，致郑永军颅脑损伤死亡。作案后，郑海龙当日自动投案。对于检方的指控，郑海龙没有异议。

　　庭审结束后，郑海龙接受了记者的采访，整个采访过程中郑海龙依然平静，只在提及母亲时，眼中泛起泪光。郑海龙的下巴上，儿时遭父亲痛打后留下的伤疤清晰可见。

　　郑：其实我特胆小，每次他们吵架我都躲自己屋里。小时候被他打得还自杀过两次。我小学三年级那次，他知道我喝农药了之后，把我拉过去又打了一顿，是别人把我送医院去的。
