近日，中国期刊杂志主编会议在广东外语外贸大学举行。对于不少硕士研究生需要花钱买版面发文章的现象，有期刊主编指出，研究生评价标准应该多元化，拿学位应该与发论文脱钩。

　　小梁的遭遇是不少大学研究生都面临的困境，拿硕士学位、评奖学金都与发论文挂钩，“压得人喘不过气来”。在此情况下，不少学术期刊趁机推出了收钱发文章的业务，为发一篇文章花个几百至数千元都属正常，而文章的质量却难以保障。不少知名学者都曾公开批评，中国的学术界充斥着垃圾论文。

　　对于目前期刊界存在的这一现象，改革杂志社的总编辑王佳宁称，在国外期刊发文章收钱是普遍现象，但是国外的期刊不是将这笔钱作为营业收入，而是用于文章的审稿。他介绍说，国外期刊的审稿周期比较长，有的甚至长达一年左右，一篇论文由好几个专家评审，期刊收取的费用是用于审稿和联络。“而国内一些学术期刊为了满足高校评职称、拿学位的需求，开始收取版面费，却缺乏相关评估机制。”
