罗崇敏荣获2012中国魅力榜革新之魅奖

　　罗崇敏说：唯有制度可以富国，唯有制度可以兴国，唯有制度可以强国。中华民族的伟大复兴之路是改革之路，改革是不可逆转的历史潮流，改革者是民族的脊梁，是为政履职的使命。不论在什么岗位上履职，我都和我的同事们以激情、理性、意志力迈向改革最危险的地方，因为那里需要。担当身前事，何惧身后评。我追求的不是众人未见，而是众人已见，但未思更未行。我和我的同事们在人民赋予的权力范围内所推进的政治、经济、社会、教育、卫生、文化等各个领域的改革，虽然没有完全实现目标，但我们并不遗憾，毕竟我们的行动已经给中国的历史留下了印记。
