新华网北京12月8日电（记者 璩静）全国水平最高、影响最广的英语演讲赛事“外研社杯”全国英语演讲大赛8日在北京外国语大学落幕，来自北京语言大学的学生刘姝然荣获冠军。尤值一提的是，我国台湾地区也首次派出4位选手参加比赛，他们分别来自东吴大学、辅仁大学、国立台北大学和铭传大学。
