　　2009年下半年，我校初一就开启了活力课堂。2010年，为了把课堂还给学生，学校在很多方面都进行了改革。

　　从考试成绩上看，2011年，我校中考稳居房山区42所中学前三甲，孙锟同学还以562分的好成绩夺得了区中考状元。刚刚结束的2012上学期期中考试，房山区统一命题。我校各个年级各科成绩普遍不错，初三年级200多名学生，3个满分，4个99分，全年级只有5个不及格。初三有1个班的化学，优秀率70%以上。历史、地理统考在全区都名列前茅。
