如何和媒体有效沟通？怎样最大程度发挥团队能力、让人才各司其职？今天上午，由中国市长协会女市长分会、上海交通大学联合举办的第十四期全国女市长研究班（上海）结业典礼在上海交通大学徐汇校区举行。为期5天的课程培训后，来自全国14个省市的21位女市长们纷纷表示“很受用”。而上述两个问题则成为多天培训课程中，女市长们最关心的话题。
