　　根据《意见》，学校食堂应以改善学生营养，增强学生体质，促进学生健康成长为宗旨，坚持“公益性”、“非营利性”的原则，尊重少数民族饮食习惯，建立完善覆盖各个环节的规章制度和学校食品卫生安全工作预警、预案、隐患排查和事故责任追究制度等。加大对食堂食品卫生安全各个环节的监管力度，消除食品卫生安全隐患，杜绝学生食物中毒事故的发生。
