  据来自省公务员局的消息,为防范公务员、事业单位招考等人事考试出现“量身定做”“考题外泄”等问题,《福建省人事考试工作人员防止利益冲突廉洁从政行为规范(试行)》于2012年12月中旬正式实施。根据该规范,人事考试要坚持集体议事、回避等制度,纪检监察部门参与监督。

  规范提出,凡人事考试重要工作环节,一定要安排纪检监察部门或专门监督组织参加;考试管理部门,应当提前与纪检监察部门沟通,共同研究工作方案、明确责任分工、确定重点监控环节;在考试过程中,公布申诉和举报电话。
