据来自省公务员局的消息，为防范公务员、事业单位招考等人事考试出现“量身定做”“考题外泄”等问题，《福建省人事考试工作人员防止利益冲突廉洁从政行为规范(试行)》于2012年12月中旬正式实施。根据该规范，人事考试要坚持集体议事、回避等制度，纪检监察部门参与监督。
