据悉，沈阳市教育局将会同有关部门开展学校及在职教师违规补课专项检查，全面实施责任追究制。对于学校集体补课行为，给予通报批评、取消市级荣誉或三年内评优评先资格，情节严重的责成主管部门免去主要负责人职务；对于教师组织或参与校外补课的，取消3年内各级各类评优评先资格，并视情节给予行政记过、行政记大过、解除教师聘任合同、取消教师资格等处分；查实在职教师有偿补课并造成严重社会影响的，取消所在学校及校长年度评优、评先资格，情节特别严重的追究校长行政责任。
