本次活动将持续一个月，与往届不同的是，本次将组织开展传承人走进社区、学校展示及教学等活动，扩大非物质文化遗产的影响力，使“非遗”保护深入人心。高宜正告诉记者，她和老伴刘振钰从小生活在北京，抖空竹一直是老北京胡同里的热闹玩意儿，春节时家家户户都会在胡同巷子里一块抖空竹。“如今年轻人都专注在电脑、网络等高科技事物上，忽略了这些老北京特有的文化。”她希望能通过这次送“非遗”项目进社区活动，让这些老北京文化一代一代地传承下去。
