　　与去年有所不同的是，今年，由武汉市教科院、武汉市民防办主办的5项赛事实行免费，这5项赛事分别是中学生语文能力竞赛、中学生英语能力竞赛、中小学生综合实践技能创新与科学探究活动、中小学生书写经典现场书法大赛暨第九届全国少儿书画现场大赛总决赛选拔赛、初中防空防灾知识竞赛等。

　　据介绍，凡以中小学生为对象的各类竞赛活动，未经市教育部门批准，一律禁止举办。学生参加竞赛所获得的奖励、成绩，不得作为全市义务教育阶段学校招收新生和学生分班的依据。

　　“学校和学生参加经批准的竞赛活动，必须坚持自愿原则。”武汉市教育局负责人表示，学校和教师不得组织学生以教学班为单位集体参加。竞赛单位不得未经批准收取活动费、报名费或其他名目的费用，不得推销或变相推销有关资料、书籍、器材和商品，更不得以竞赛为名针对竞赛内容巧立名目举办各种培训班。

　　严格控制义务教育阶段竞赛，严格限控参赛对象的学段和年级。武汉市教育局要求，学生参加竞赛活动，原则上每学期不超过3项，一年不得超过6项。学生要求参加超出竞赛对象控制范围的项目，须本人申请，家长签字，校长审核，学校用印，报市、区教育部门备案。
