新京报讯 （记者郭少峰 邓琦）教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心昨天发布了2012年学科评估结果。此次评估对象是具有研究生培养和学位授予资格的一级学科，以高等学校为主，兼顾科研院所。根据评估结果，95个一级学科中，北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学排名第一的一级学科数量分别达到16个、14个、9个，占总量约四成。

　　教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心主任李军表示，评估的目的是使高校了解自己的发展状况和不足，通过评估促进学科建设，提高研究生培养和学位授予质量。同时为学生、社会人士报考相关专业研究生提供参考。

　　尽管此次评估是自愿申请参加，但仍然有390多个单位的4200多个学科参加，除2所“211高校”未参加外，其他“211高校”、“985高校”均参加了评估。全国高校中的国家重点学科，参评率为93%，博士一级授权学科的参评率为80%。

　　教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心主任李军表示，此次学科评估不以“SCI论文数”单一指标评价学术论文，首次采用“定量与定性、质量与数量、国内与国外”相结合的“多维度学术论文评价”方法。
