南方日报讯（记者/洪奕宜 实习生/林上青 通讯员/杨美满）去年10月，广州海珠区名苑幼儿园61岁门卫银某涉嫌猥亵一名三岁的女童欣欣（化名）。今年1月14日，广州海珠法院以简易程序不公开开庭审理该案时，银某一改此前的有罪供述，拒不认罪，根据刑诉法规定，法院当庭决定将案件由简易程序转为普通程序。今天上午，该案再次开庭，但由于作为关键证据的视频在庭上无法播放，一些证据材料有待进一步核实，原计划当庭宣判没能实现，极有可能还需再开一次庭。
