近日，江苏省政府办公厅正式发布了《关于加快推进残疾人就业扶贫工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》)，明确到2015年，残疾人将基本实现病有所医、老有所养、住有所居、学有所教、困有所帮，残疾人家庭年人均纯收入要全部达到4000元以上。
