　　朱永明说，他知道此事也很偶然，当年和他一起参加宝鸡市人事局乡镇司法干部招录考试的李明(化名)在乡镇整理档案时，看到自己被录用为干部后组织部门开具的干部介绍信。李明把这个情况告诉了朱永明，并建议他也去查询一下当年招录的档案。

　　在朱永明反映问题后，眉县县委组织部在2010年2月23日的《关于朱永明同志信访问题的答复要点》中也把责任归咎于朱永明自己：“一、经调查，朱永明同志参加了1997年市上组织的乡镇司法助理员聘用合同制干部考试并被市上录用，属实；二、据了解，本人录用后参加了省上的乡镇聘用司法助理员岗位培训，因此，本人知道被录用；三、当时组织、人事部门将这些同志介绍信开出后，按规定向录用乡镇通知。据了解，本人知道此事，至于为何未去马家镇报到，责任在本人。按干部管理有关规定，现在已无法办理此事。”

　　1月31日，眉县县委组织部副部长魏复平告诉笔者，对于朱永明反映的情况，县领导非常重视，宝鸡市也先后多次转发和下达意见。他坚称，经过调查，县里认为对于网络上关于朱永明举报的内容，除了参加招录考试且被录取是真实的，其他大部分信息是虚假的、失实的。“当时的报考条件为‘必须是乡镇司法助理员，且在司法所工作3年以上’，朱永明不符合条件，并不具备报考资格。他找到领导后获得报考资格，本来就不符合程序。”
