本报讯 昨天，从武大研究生院获悉，有200余名无经费、无课题、无成果的博士生导师将“下岗”。今后，该校博导岗位数将控制在800~900个。

　　据介绍，从2008年起，武大博士生招生规模基本稳定在1550人左右，全校有1300余名博导，而每个导师平均只能带一两名博士生。“理工类的一些院系，有的博导手上有好几个上千万的项目，但没有足够的博士生来协助他们搞科研，而法学院这样的文科类院系，博士生导师很多，但文科类项目的经费要远低于理工科。因此，这次让200余名‘三无’博导‘下岗’，实际上是在合理配置资源，让更多有项目的博导，得到更多的博士生协助。”该校研究生院相关负责人说。
