　　后来，洪兵因故未进入该大学，姜焕却只退回洪兵1.2万元。而洪兵也同意姜焕无需退回其所称为办理专业合格证花费的1万元，但对于剩下余款的退回问题，洪兵却与朋友姜焕协商不成，争论不休。

　　而为了剩余的4.3万元余款，洪兵多次向姜焕催讨，却没有任何结果。最终，洪兵将身为中间人的朋友姜焕告上了法庭，而两人的关系也几近决裂。

　　一审法院审理认为，被告姜焕以为原告办理入学事宜等为由，收取了原告65000元，除原告认可的10000元以及其退回给原告的12000元，剩余款项43000元属不当得利，被告姜焕理应将该款返还给原告。对于被告姜焕提出其中的15000元系原告基于委托其办理相关事宜，产生的交通、餐饮、住宿、通讯等各项开支的包干费用的辩称意见，被告姜焕未提供证据予以证实，不予采信。据此，依照有关法律规定，遂判决被告姜焕归还原告洪兵43000元。（江西晨报）
