　　对于因公外出工伤，意见稿明确了“因工外出期间”的认定：一，职工外出是否是用人单位指派的因工外出；二，遭受的事故伤害是否与其从事的工作有直接的、紧密的联系。满足上述条件方可按照“因工外出期间”这一条件认定工伤。
