(记者 王歧丰)近年来，关于幼儿园教师体罚学生，甚至致伤事件时时见诸媒体。全国政协委员、台盟陕西省委专职副主委王二虎提案建议，对现有民办幼儿园教师进行培训，取得上岗证后方可任教。
