为确保幼儿校园安全，河南省对幼儿园设备做出详细规定：有完善的室内和室外设备，单独设置的卫生间应采用水冲式，地面应防滑、易清洗；幼儿园桌椅单人单椅，与幼儿身高相适应，使用环保材质，无尖锐棱角；3岁以下儿童以配备单一功能的运动器械为主；禁止使用全封闭的滑梯和通道；配备供儿童午休的单层床，每生1床，床间通道不小于50厘米。
