　　今年65岁的赵先芝，靠养猪和经营小卖部维持生活。27年来，她先后收养了18名被遗弃的孤残儿童，其中3人先后夭折，2名长大成人。多年来她把这些孩子当作自己的亲生骨肉来对待。兰考袁厉害事件发生后，在社会各界及民政部门的劝说下，赵先芝同意将13名孤儿的抚养权、监护权转交给菏泽市儿童福利院。

　　菏泽市儿童福利院给每个孩子做了全面体检，准备了全新的被褥、衣服，安排专职保育员负责孩子的衣食起居。
