中新网南昌2月20日电(记者 王剑)记者20日从南昌市教育局获悉，南昌市多部门19日联合发布《2013年春季南昌市城区学校收费项目标准》。该标准规定，高中生、初中生校服费每生夏装、冬装各两套，夏装每套最高不得超过70元，冬装每套最高不得超过90元。

　　据了解，该标准规定，收费项目主要包括一般学生收费、服务性收费、代收费和一定范围的收费等4个方面。除一般学生收费中的学费以及水电费(住宿生不得收取)外，其他服务性代收费均采取中小学生自愿和非营利原则。

　　根据规定，经江西省教育厅考核为重点中学和重点建设中学的学校，今年春季开学按相应类别的学校收费标准执行：城区重点高中的，其学费为每生每学期400元；城区一般普通高中(含重点建设高中)的，其学费为每生每学期270元；其他职业高中学费为每生每学期265元，职业中专每生每学期425元，特色高中比照重点高中标准收取。
