  一位古装“东方不败”造型打扮的女生举着“招男招女都一样”的牌子到各招聘摊位前应聘,英姿飒爽,神情自若,此举吸引应聘者、媒体记者纷纷纷驻足围观。这是3月8日上午,记者在河南省第十一届女子专场招聘会现场看到的稀奇一幕。随“东方不败”一起的几名志愿者还现场发放了一些名为“和谐社会,平等就业”的普法资料,让求职者尤其是女性求职者了解应如何维护自己合法的劳动权益。

  上午10时许,一袭红色古装的“东方不败”出现在招聘大厅,高举的牌子上赫然写着:“只要工作能力强,招男招女都一样。东方不败来郑求职,亲,你摊上好事儿啦!”在众人围观、记者追堵之中,这位“另类”求职者缓缓行进,到几个摊位前咨询、沟通。

  女大学生称,在招聘环节中遭遇被歧视现象并不鲜见。有些企业采取公开排除的方式,有些则是执行暗中标准,区别对待女性求职者,这是让毕业女生们最头痛的问题,即隐性歧视。比如企业并不拒绝女性求职者,但会安排女性从事技术不强、条件较差、收入低廉的岗位;此外,对女性的招聘歧视常常是多种类型结合在一起,比如外貌、气质、年龄、身高成为女性劳动力的附加值,有的企业甚至还将女性能否喝酒作为招聘标准。更有甚者,用人单位会对女性求职者的婚孕状况作出限制,比如要求女性承诺几年内不结婚、不生育,如果私下不能得到女性求职者的承诺,那么自然就拒绝录用,女生只能有苦说不出,吃个哑巴亏。
