　　昨日，中国证监会副主席姜洋在第三届中国西部金融论坛上表示，证监会将深入贯彻落实西部大开发“十二五”规划的要求，从国家战略高度出发，更加积极主动采取有力措施，支持西部地区大力发展资本市场。

　　据介绍，截至今年8月底，西部12省、区、市共有上市公司362家，证券、基金、期货法人机构38家。上市公司家数较西部大开发之初增加近1倍；上市公司总市值2.4万亿元，是西部大开发之初的6.35倍；西部开发13年来资本市场已累计为西部企业直接融资5010亿元，是西部开发之前10年直接融资总额的9倍。今年证监会对西部企业首次公开发行（IPO）上市优先审核，西部企业在中小板、创业板新上市11家，筹集资金108.9亿元，在同期全部上市企业家数和筹资额中的占比明显提高。
